Cancellation Policy

SatNxt primarily delivers digital reports, datasets, and data services. Since these products are shared with clients immediately after successful payment, cancellation is generally not applicable once delivery or access has been provided.

1. Cancellation Policy Status

  • For most SatNxt digital products, cancellation is not applicable after order confirmation and delivery.
  • This page is published to meet payment vendor compliance requirements and to provide transparent customer communication.

2. Digital Products (Reports, Datasets, Data Access)

  • Once a digital report, dataset, file, or platform access is delivered/provisioned, the order cannot be cancelled.
  • Access credentials, downloadable content, and delivered data are treated as consumed upon delivery.

3. Before Delivery (Limited Cases)

  • If a request is raised before any data/file/service delivery begins, SatNxt may review cancellation on a case-by-case basis.
  • Any approved financial adjustment will follow our Refund Policy.

4. Subscription Billing Cancellation (If Applicable)

  • For recurring plans, cancellation will stop future auto-renewal cycles.
  • Current billing period charges remain payable and are not cancelled retroactively.

5. How to Raise a Request

If you believe your case qualifies for pre-delivery review, share:

  • Registered email address and transaction/order reference.
  • Reason for request and proof that delivery/access was not completed.

6. Policy Updates

  • SatNxt may revise this policy from time to time and publish updated versions on this page.
