• By making a purchase, you agree to our pricing, and billing as displayed at checkout.
• All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, software, datasets, and reports which are available for free are the exclusive property of SatNxt.
• You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the paid products and services.
• Nothing in this Terms & Conditions transfers complete ownership to you.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
• Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
• If you are an EU resident, mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction may apply.
